The shame continues (2)

"Whenever is found what is called a paternal government, there is found state education. It has been discovered that the best way to ensure implicit obedience is to commence tyranny in the nursery."
Benjamin Disraeli, 1874

I make no excuses for returning to the subject of the abduction of children by the state as it appears a new form of 'abduction' is occuring. Courtesy of a commenter, Ian Hill, I am alerted to this article in the Lancashire Telegraph which details a scheme to spot potential extremists, the 'net' of which now includes children. Nationally, the police have widened the remit of their counter-terrorism programme Channel, which originally concentrated on Islamic extremism, to now include what is termed right-wing extremism, citing the English Defence League as an example of such groups.

Insp Bilal Mulla, Lancashire’s Channel co-ordinator, maintains that Channel is not a tool for spying, stressing that radicalisation is no different to sexual exploitation of children and can happen on-line thus allowing people to be ‘groomed’ into a certain belief and ideology. He continues that teachers should be on the look-out for children that do not engage with other communities and are "writing concerning things in their exercise books".

What is our present education system but a method of grooming children into certain beliefs and ideologies, amongst which are climate change and multiculturalism? If Channel is not a method of spying, then why is Insp Mulla requesting teachers to do just that on the children? Is not ensuring the 'right message' ('right' as defined by the state) 'gets out' not grooming children into certain beliefs?

Were I a parent today, rest assured I would be one of those educating my child at home!

Hilarious ! It is a Home Office funded project started in Lancashire to get teachers to report on Muslim children - Billal simply tries to extend-and-obscure which is an old strategy.

It is so funny that these Plods think they can do anything except breed contempt. They are overpaid, unintelligent, provocative and bureaucratic. If they continue on this course they will raise an army to oppose them.

This is classical terrorist tactics. Get the regime to act in an arbitrary and oppressive manner to further isolate itself and alienate the indifferent and moderate.

There is no point in bothering about preserving this system. It is finished. Time to think about the system to replace it because collapse is inevitable

TT: Agree with the general thrust of your comment. As mentioned in another response on another thread, I believe there is a cure to this and will be addressed in parts 4 and 5.

WfW,

You may care to look at this, an article I wrote back in 2009 about NIM - The National Intelligence Model.
http://www.parker-joseph.com/pjcjournal/2009/04/17/police-state-national-intelligence-model-acpo-power-lever/

Some of the links no longer work as NIM was subsequently moved from the Home Office to the NPIA, but you can access the NIM home page here.

I had the good fortune of being able to move our children into private education.
It was poor teaching plus political correctness which triggered that decision 25 years ago.

A friend of mine who taught in prep.schools for many years tells me that the government norms are being foisted on the private sector in the name of "child protection" etc. So parent are paying a fortune for an independent education and getting a heavily state-influenced one.

He got fed up with this and moved abroad. He now teaches part of every year in Russia (in Siberia, actually) where he says that the standards, discipline and respect for academic standards are much better in spite of poor resources. Teachers, though poorly paid, are highly respected.

He wrote quite an interesting article about his English experiences. Would you like me to try to get it?

Further to Edward Spalton's message: I am the person he mentions and you would be welcome to use my article about my experiences in private education. I'm now teaching in Sibera and much the better for it.

IPJ: Thanks for the link - will now read......

ES: emailed you.

SRB: Thank you. I emailed ES regarding his offer and asked if he can get me a copy. If you could supply one, that would be great as I would like to use it for a further post on this subject of mind control of children.....
